Talk to the Druid to come under the effect of lesser moonfire, moonfire, and greater moonfire spells. Lesser Moonfire makes all mobs regular Vampire mobs, Moonfire makes all mobs Fool or Elite Vampire mobs, and Greater Moonfire makes all mobs Fool Elite Vampire mobs.
