Chain Quest - Plane of Souls Access
Plane of Souls access is granted by obtaining four map pieces, in order, and then defeating Ulrik. You can check what step of the quest you are on by talking to Ulrik at 5,5 Plane of Creation.
Step 1
The first map piece is obtained by killing siren mobs. Siren mobs are randomly spawned. Any siren mob on any plane will drop the map piece. There is a 1/20 chance of the map piece dropping. (Note: Siren mobs will not spawn under any moonfire effect or at Special Locations.)
Step 2
The second map piece drops off of regular vampire mobs on any plane. Vampires are randomly spawned, but talking to the Druid and obtaining the lesser moonfire effect will guarantee all mobs spawned are vampire mobs. Use the command /npc Druid: lesser to get the lesser moonfire effect. The effect lasts 4 hours and costs 10 Phials of vampire blood, obtained by killing randomly spawned vampire mobs or from grab bags. There is a 1/2000 chance of the map piece dropping.
Step 3
The third map piece drops from Fool or Elite vampires mobs on any plane except the Plane of Creation. Fool or Elite vampire mobs are randomly spawned, but talking to the Druid and obtaining the moonfire effect will guarantee all mobs spawned are Fool or Elite vampire mobs. Use the command /npc Druid: moonfire to get the moonfire effect. The effect lasts 4 hours and costs 20 Phials of vampire blood, obtained by killing randomly spawned vampire mobs or from grab bags. There is a 1/2500 chance of the map piece dropping.
Step 4
The fourth map piece drops from Fool Elite Vampire Dullahan Commanders or better in Dullahan. Fool Elite Vampire Dullahan Commanders can randomly while fighting Dullahan Commanders, but obtaining the greater moonfire effect will guarantee their spawn. Talk to the Druid to obtain the effect, using the command /npc Druid: greater. The effect lasts for 4 hours and costs 30 Phials of vampire blood, obtained by killing randomly spawned vampires or from grab bags. There is a 1/3000 chance of the map piece dropping.
Step 5
The final step is to kill Ulrik. Talk to Ulrik (/npc Ulrik) and he will state he is waiting at 5,5 Plane of Creation; go there to attack him. Ulrik has 1 quintillion health and little damage. Make sure to level skills before attempting.

Fishing Quests
For a full tutorial on fishing, use the command /npc Tutorial Guide: fishing. To begin fishing, you first need to find a rod, reel and line. These can be found in the following locations:
- Rod
- Plane of Creation Lake: 6,2
- Reel
- Plane of Heroes Lake: 4,6
- Line
- Plane of Despair Lake: 5,7
Attack mobs at those locations until the gear drops. Bait is found at any of the lakes or by fighting mobs in the Plane of Creation, though bait is not required to do fishing quests.
Continuing to fish at the lakes will yield fishing skill. Once 1 billion fishing skill is reached, or the key is found, the Plane of Tides will unlock. Here is where fish are caught for fishing quests. Talk to the Fish Keeper NPC to get a fishing quest. To start with an easy quest use the command /npc Fish Keeper: quest easy. To change your quest (possibly to get a lower catch number required with higher rewards) use the command /npc Fish Keeper: abandon. Next go to any lake in the Plane of Tides and attack mobs, fish are a random drop based on fishing skill and fishing gear level. Once enough fish to complete the quest are caught, turn in the quest to Fish Keeper to get the reward: /npc: Fish Keeper: complete. To check progress just talk to the Fish Keeper: /npc: Fish Keeper. Fishing quests are timed.
