Talk to the Master Crafter to craft the Gear of InSaNe Defense or to craft/level the Weapon Chain from Weapon Chain Fragments. The Master Crafter attempts to craft one gear piece at a time; the current item can be randomly changed by bribing him. He has a 25% chance to craft each item per try.
